Accountability Support

Accountability that helps you finish what you start

Supportive partnership to help you follow through on what truly matters, especially when time, motivation, or overwhelm keep getting in the way. This is structured, kind accountability that turns intentions into consistent action.

Support to help you follow through, not just plan

Most business owners do not struggle with ideas. You know what you should be doing for growth, systems, or marketing. The problem is fitting it in around client work, life admin, and the constant pull of urgent tasks.

Accountability Support gives you a steady rhythm and an external partner who helps you keep your own priorities on the list. It is not about pressure or guilt. It is about creating realistic plans, checking in regularly, and making sure important goals are not quietly pushed into “next month” forever.

If you are neurodivergent, you will get structure, external deadlines, and support that works with your brain instead of fighting it.

A calm, consistent partner who keeps you moving

When you work alone, it is easy to let your own goals slide. When you know someone is checking in, your completion rates go up and your plans actually happen.

With Nicola, you get:

  • Regular, pre-agreed check-ins that create a steady rhythm

  • Space to review what happened, not just list what “should” happen

  • Help to sort urgent from important so you focus on the right things

  • Gentle challenge when perfectionism, fear, or avoidance show up

  • Encouragement and genuine celebration when you make progress

Some sessions are about planning the next fortnight. Others are about unpicking why something is stuck. All of them are focused on helping you finish things that matter.

What To Expect From Account

Accountability Support is collaborative, practical, and tailored to how you work. You are not handed a rigid system you will never use. You build a structure that fits your energy, capacity, and responsibilities.

You can expect:

  • A clear rhythm of check-ins that suits your working style
  • Realistic plans that take your actual life into account
  • Increased follow-through on important but non-urgent tasks
  • Less spinning, procrastinating, and decision fatigue
  • More finished projects and visible progress in your business
  • Non-judgemental support when things do not go to plan

How Accountability Support Works

Accountability only works when it is consistent. All packages are built around regular, pre-scheduled sessions with a minimum monthly commitment so the structure actually supports you. There is still flexibility to move things when life happens, but the default is a steady, reliable rhythm.

Check-ins can be a mix of:

  • Video calls for face-to-face connection

  • Phone calls for simplicity

  • WhatsApp messages and voice notes for quick updates

  • Email summaries so you have written records

  • Slack or your preferred platform if you already have a system

Together you will agree what combination works best for you.

Start with a discovery call

Discovery Call (30–60 minutes)

Before any commitment, you will have a free discovery call to work out whether Accountability Support is the right fit.

We will talk about:

  • What you keep postponing or avoiding
  • What you have tried before and why it did not stick
  • How you like to communicate and work
  • What success would look like in 3–6 months
  • What rhythm of support feels realistic

You will both leave the call clear on whether to work together and what your starting package should be.

Your first planning session & personalised framework

Once you decide to go ahead, your first paid session is a 60–90 minute planning session. This is where you design your accountability structure together.

You will:

  • Clarify your goals and why they matter
  • Decide what to focus on first (and what to park)
  • Set success measures that feel meaningful, not stressful
  • Agree your check-in rhythm and preferred communication channels
  • Plan how to handle setbacks, busy periods, and low-motivation days

After that, Nicola spends time behind the scenes creating a personalised accountability framework for you, including simple tracking methods, check-in templates, and recommendations that fit how your brain works. This is completed before your first regular check-in.

Ongoing Accountability Options

All sessions are between 30–60 minutes, depending on what you need that week. Packages are paid monthly in advance, with sessions pre-scheduled.

Monthly Accountability (Minimum Commitment)

£60 per month – one 60-minute session

Best for established routines and people who are already on top of things. You are using accountability as a monthly strategic check-in to stay aligned and focused.

Fortnightly Accountability (Highly Recommended)

£99 per month – two sessions (30–60 minutes each)

The sweet spot for most clients. You have two weeks to take action, see results, and come back with real progress to review. This rhythm builds sustainable momentum without feeling overwhelming. Package saving compared to booking individually.

Weekly Accountability (Intensive Support)

£198 per month – four sessions (30–60 minutes each)

Ideal if you feel stuck, are in a difficult period, or are building new habits. Weekly sessions keep you moving, help you bounce back quickly when things go off track, and reduce the chance of disappearing into avoidance. Package saving compared to booking individually.

Twice-Weekly Accountability (Special Circumstances)

£374 per month – eight sessions (30–60 minutes each)

Reserved for crisis periods or major transitions where you need exceptional support. This gives you very frequent touchpoints to stay grounded, supported, and in motion. Package saving compared to booking individually.

Who Accountability Support Is Ideal For

Business owners who keep moving their own goals

You know what you want to work on, but your own projects always get pushed to “next month” while client work and urgent tasks take over. Accountability gives your priorities a fixed place in your calendar.

Neurodivergent professionals who benefit from external structure

You have plenty of ideas, but starting, finishing, and time management are hard. You work best with external deadlines, regular check-ins, and someone who understands that traditional productivity tips do not always apply to your brain.

Founders juggling too many things

You wear all the hats and important strategic work keeps getting buried. Accountability helps you choose what actually matters, stay focused on growth activities, and stop dropping the balls that move your business forward.

People stuck in perfectionism or isolation

You freeze when things feel too big, delay finishing because it is not “perfect”, or simply feel alone in it all. Accountability gives you a safe, supportive space to process, decide, and move on.

FAQs

Do I need clear goals to start?

No — absolutely not. Many clients come to coaching precisely because they don’t have a clear sense of their goals. That’s often what we work on first. Sometimes you need coaching to figure out what you actually want, not just how to get there. We can figure it out together.

There are no long-term contracts, but all coaching packages require a minimum monthly commitment with sessions pre-scheduled in advance and paid upfront. This structure is what makes coaching effective — having regular thinking space booked in ensures you actually work on your business strategy. You can adjust your package frequency (move from weekly to fortnightly, etc.) or pause as needed, but the commitment to regular sessions is what creates breakthrough thinking.

Coaching is primarily about helping you find your own answers through questions, exploration, and guided thinking. Consultancy is about providing expert advice and solutions based on my experience. However, I’m flexible — if you’re really struggling and need me to tell you what I think, I can shift into consultancy mode within your coaching session. You’re paying for my time to help you, and I’ll use whatever approach serves you best in the moment. Many sessions blend both — coaching to explore, consultancy when you need answers, and accountability to ensure follow-through.

Accountability is primarily about helping you follow through on actions you’ve already identified. Coaching is about exploring, problem-solving, gaining understanding, and figuring out what those actions should be. Many clients benefit from both — coaching to work through challenges and develop direction, accountability to ensure follow-through. They complement each other beautifully.

That’s completely ok — and exactly what the discovery call is for. We’ll discuss your situation and I’ll recommend the best approach. Sometimes clients start with coaching and add consultancy when they need specific expertise. Sometimes they want pure consultancy. Often it’s a blend. We’ll figure out what serves you best.

Yes, to an extent. Business challenges are often intertwined with personal challenges — confidence, relationships, work-life balance, health, neurodivergent struggles. If it’s affecting your business, it’s relevant to coaching. However, I’m not a therapist. If you need therapeutic support for mental health challenges, I’ll recommend you work with an appropriate professional alongside business coaching.

Life happens. Just let me know as soon as possible. For regular scheduled sessions, we can usually reschedule. For ad-hoc bookings, cancellation terms will be clear at the time of booking. The goal is flexibility whilst respecting both our time.

Yes! I work with young adults and school leavers (typically 16+) who are exploring career direction, considering starting a business, or navigating the transition from education to work. This is particularly valuable for neurodivergent young people who may struggle with traditional career paths. Sessions can be the same format as business coaching but focused on career exploration and confidence building.

Every session is different because it’s led by what you need. Typically we’ll start by checking in on where you are, explore the challenge or question you’ve brought, work through it using questions and frameworks, and end with a clear sense of your next steps. Some sessions are pure coaching — helping you think things through. Others might need me to shift into consultancy mode and give you direct answers. Accountability is woven throughout — I’ll follow up on commitments and help you stay on track. You’re paying for my time and expertise in whatever form helps you most. You set the agenda.

It varies widely. Some clients work with me intensively for 3-6 months around specific goals. Others maintain ongoing coaching for years because they value the regular strategic thinking space. Many start with weekly sessions during intensive periods, move to fortnightly as they gain momentum, and eventually maintain monthly sessions once they’re established. All packages require pre-scheduled sessions to maintain the structure that creates progress.

Absolutely — and in fact, flexibility is built into coaching sessions. Within a single coaching session, I can blend coaching (helping you think), consultancy (giving you answers when you’re stuck), and accountability (following up on commitments). You’re paying for my time and expertise to help you in whatever way serves you best. Many clients also maintain separate accountability support packages for intensive follow-through support, or engage me for specific consultancy projects. We can create whatever combination works for your needs.

That’s actually a strength in coaching with me. As someone with combined ADHD, I understand executive function challenges, time blindness, rejection sensitivity, perfectionism paralysis, and all the other joys of neurodivergence. I can coach you in ways that work with your brain, not against it. I won’t suggest strategies that sound good but you know won’t work for you.

Several things:

  • Flexible Approach: Primarily coaching-focused, but I’ll shift to consultancy or accountability when that’s what you need
  • Lived Experience: I have ADHD and 20+ years of business experience, so I understand both business and neurodivergent challenges
  • Practical + Mindset: I work on both the thinking challenges and can provide expert advice when needed
  • Accountability Built In: Following up on commitments and supporting you to get things done is part of every coaching relationship
  • Neurodiversity Informed: Everything I do accounts for different thinking styles and needs
  • Real Support: You’re paying for my time to help you — I’ll use whatever approach serves you best in the moment

You’re ready for coaching if:

  • You’re willing to be honest about what’s not working
  • You’re open to trying new approaches
  • You’re prepared to take action (even imperfect action)
  • You want to invest in yourself and your business
  • You’re looking for support, not someone to do it for you

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You don’t need to be “ready” in any other way. If you’re willing to engage in the process, coaching can help.
